Published 23 Apr 2009Similar to the role of Authorized Representative for devices, the REACH Regulation allows and advises an Only Representative to act as the legal representative for the manufacturer in regards to their obligations under the Regulation. GiDoS performs the role of Only Representative, assisting the Client in the URGENT pre-registration of substances, Substance Information Exchange Forum (SIEF), registration and defining and complying with any other obligations the chemical may be required to fulfil.
